Right now, he can do the following:-
1) Cruise around holding on to furniture or our hands.
2) Stand unaided for a good 5-10 seconds.
3) Say words like papa, ter ter (for water) with recognition.
4) Clap when I sing "If you are happy and you know it".
He is so much more interactive and can also spend 15-20mins playing by himself in the room (child-proof).
And with regards to his sleep patterns, he now naps regularly twice a day, first nap about 2 hours after he wakes up and second nap about 3 hours after his first. And at night, he sleeps from about 8pm to about 6am before waking up for his first feed. Then he would sleep for another 1 to 2 hours before getting up for the day.
He is being more assertive now. Shouting or crying out loud when he wants something.
